How much is shipping?

Worldwide shipping is completely FREE. We use express shipping for every order. Express shipping may not be offered by the courier in certain parts of the UK.

How much do customised lights cost?

 

The prices vary depending on the size of your item and the amount of neon we use! Please contact a member of our team with a description of what you have in mind for an accurate quote. Or alternatively try our design tool to get ideas.

How long do custom lights take to produce and be delivered?

 

We have an express 7 days or less option which can be added at checkout. Most standard LED orders are usually fulfilled within 2 weeks. Commercial IP68 rated lights, light boxes and glass neons can take a little longer. We aim to fulfil these within 2-3 weeks. This can depend on shipping delays or holidays. Custom neon lights are subject to a 10% size error allowance +\- in some cases to avoid font warping.

 

Do customised lights come with a warranty?

 

All of our indoor neon lights are covered by a standard 24-month manufacturing Warranty. Accidental damage or wear and tear are not covered. Any modifications to the neon light or power supply will void any warranty.

We accept PayPal, Klarna, card payment or cash on collection.

 

Can I return custom light orders? 

 

Unfortunately, custom orders or lights we have made from a design or idea presented by you cannot be returned for a refund. All generic lighting from our shop can be returned for a full refund as long as it’s returned exactly the way it was received, in the original packaging & unused.
